Biography

Ms. Ruth Gibendi is the Senior Librarian at Meru University of Science and Technology. She is an experienced academic librarian with knowledge and skills in management of audio visual resources, electronic resources and periodicals. She is a seasoned in searching and retrieving information. She is currently involved in creation of institutional repositories as part of supporting the open access movement.
